Healthcare professionals have been honored at PHMA special edition

With certainly some modified quarantine initiatives and social distancing practices, the stadium Hotel in Miami Florida sets to take place the 5th edition of the Prestigious Haitian Music Awards (PHMA) where healthcare professionals will be honored for their investment and commitment to the fight against Covid-19.

The PHMA is an initiative led by the businessman and journalist Kerby Leveillé to honor and pay a tribute to those in the Haitian Music Industry (HMI) around the world. However, since 2020 has been branded by the terrible pandemic that has affected the world, this 5th edition will be an opportunity for the organizers to esteem frontline workers, who are bravely exposed themselves to the disease such as medical assistants, cashiers, delivery drivers and many others.

In spite of the hardships this year, the organizing team of the distinguished Haitian music awards has never stopped working.

The awards will be led on Saturday, January 16th to our talented Haitian artists, businessmen, who have committed themselves to the making of this music industry as well as the heroes who have helped in specific challenges linked to the pandemic.

During this evening, many HMI icons will receive well-deserved awards.

Mass Kompa (The most-viewed live streaming)
TonyMix (Hit Rabòday)

Considering the sacrifices made by the whole medical staff specially doctors and nurses during this pandemic, their seats are reserved at this ceremony to receive their merited awards as “frontline workers”.
